These Terms govern access to npm.dev-package.com and related services we provide. By using the site or purchasing Dev-Package offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Dev-Package provides informational content, curated listings, and optional paid subscriptions as described on the site. Features may evolve; we will communicate material changes affecting paid customers through account notices where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

When accounts become available, you must provide accurate information and safeguard credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

4. npm ecosystem independence

Dev-Package is not affiliated with npm, Inc. References to npm packages describe publicly available tooling; compliance with npm trademark guidelines remains your responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and documentation are owned by Dev-Package or licensors. Open-source packages retain their respective licenses; our summaries do not replace license files shipped with software.

6. Acceptable use

You may not probe, disrupt, or scrape the site beyond reasonable browsing; violate laws; infringe third-party rights; upload malware; or attempt to circumvent security controls.

7. Third-party software

Listings may link to independent publishers. Your download and deployment decisions are yours alone. Software is provided “as is” by upstream authors subject to their licenses.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and marketplace insights are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Verification tiers describe editorial processes available at listing time and do not guarantee future security outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dev-Package is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or amounts you paid Dev-Package in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Dev-Package against claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement by content you supply.

11. Fees and taxes

Paid plans bill according to order forms. Fees exclude taxes unless stated; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for violations or risk. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) continue.

13. Governing law and disputes

Unless a separate enterprise agreement specifies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers residing in the EEA or UK may invoke mandatory protections in their country of residence.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting updates. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires express consent.
